Mesotherapy;  It was first used in the treatment of sports medicine in France in 1952 by Doctor Michel Pastor. While it is widely used in the treatment of pain in Europe, it is a very effective method in the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation, although there is an opinion that it is used more in aesthetics in our country.

Mesotherapy is the method of injecting drugs into the middle layer of the skin (mesoderm) in mixtures at a dose lower than the normal use dose by microinjection technique using special needle tips of 4mm. Local anesthetics, vitamins (B1, B6, B5, B12, vitamin C), NSAIDs (pain and edema relievers), mesielaxants (muscle relaxants), pentoxifylline (circulation regulator) drugs used for pain mesotherapy act by removing the substances causing pain and edema in the painful area from the region, regulating circulation, strengthening the connective tissue and collagen structure in the load-bearing areas of the body exposed to chronic trauma.
